The 4th of July is a week away - how are you celebrating?  I bet you could use some printable cupcake wrappers, 2 1/2" circle toppers, water bottle labels, and tall treat box, couldn't you?

The tall box is especially awesome because it's perfect for holding stuff like straws, or flags, or SPARKLERS (but only ones that aren't lit yet, you know, unless you really like fire).

Four of our Favorite Father's Day Printables

Sometimes I'm not as prepared for Father's Day as I should be.  Which is actually ok, because there are some seriously awesome gift ideas out there, so even when I don't come up with something original, I can still give an awesome gift.

These are my four favorite Father's Day Printables:

1- Cupcake and brownie burgers with a side of cookie fries, with instructions and free printables from Bakerella.

2- Father's Day Star Wars mega themed gift pack, with 12 free pages of printables from Sandy Toes and Popsicles.

3- Super Hero gift box for the super man of the family, with free printables from Jordan Ferney as posted on Alpha Mom.

4- Cool dad coupon printables with a cute way to package the gift, from Living Locurto.

Now, as always, I just have to make up my mind and decide which one I'm actually going to use for Father's Day...... it's a tough call, I love them all so much.

Free Printable Bingo Game about Feelings

When kids are young it's brutally apparent that they have a wide range of emotions.  But sometimes they have a hard time identifying how they're feeling.  (I kind of don't blame them, because sometimes, as an adult, I still have a hard time putting my finger on exactly why I'm feeling a certain way. - that can't just be me....right?  hopefully.)

Play this fun printable bingo game to teach little ones about different feelings.  You can act out the emotions while you play.  Maybe even on purpose.

Printable Minnie Mouse Purses

Because I Said So

Sometimes, I say things like:

"Because I'm the Mom" and

"Because I Said So" and

"Because I Feel Like It",

because, you know, it's my right as a parent.

I just hate giving lengthy explanations to people who are going to argue with me no matter what, because, after all, they are much smarter than me and a 5 year old playing in the woods at night by themselves is a good idea.

Please enjoy this perfectly sarcastic parenting mantra from yours truly:
