I'm Helpful - parenting edition

the Problem:
Your child is having a meltdown. You've put them in timeout, 87 times.
It's now a game.

the Solution:

Switch the doorknob so that it locks on YOUR side.... In the hall. The next time you need to administer a time out? Place the child in their bedroom, and lock the door. That's it, no putting people back in time out, no door wars, no nothing. Might I also suggest that the child remain in the bedroom until they have calmed down, PLUS their age in minutes? (I should also mention that this works best if the toys are not kept in the bedrooms....)

You're Welcome.

This concludes part two of the series "I'm Helpful"

what will she help with next?!?!?!
