Yeah, yeah. I haven't had a Monday Workout post in a long time. In my defense, I'm tired.
I haven't been keeping track of what goes in my mouth lately, so there's been quite a few extra goodies making their way in. (I say that like they're sneaking into my mouth.... I mean, it's not possible that I would voluntarily eat crap, right?)
In other news, which is not exactly related, but isn't entirely UNrelated either, I finally see an endocrinologist today. Because the whole tired thing is totally not my fault. I ran out of refills for my hormone prescription and haven't been taking anything because you can't get a prescription if you don't see a doctor (which has to be the lamest rule ever) which in turn contributes to my overall exhaustion/mind set/lack of will power.
Speaking of hormones, my lack thereof is causing my feet to go numb. Toes to mid calf, can't feel a thing.... AWESOME.
I officially hate my thyroid.
