Monday Workout

The Bingham Diaries

Firstly, do you know how hard it is to remember to post this every Monday?

Secondly, I haven't taken my measurements because I cannot find a measuring tape. I have three. SOMEWHERE.

Thirdly, I love Triscuits. And Pip got me hooked on the roasted garlic ones. I know that they're crackers, and by definition, are loaded with carbs. I deal with that by telling myself, "Hey, at least it's not a cookie."

Fourthly, Thaddeus just asked me where the matches are so I probably should go check on that.

Fifthly, I can put on my pants without unzipping them. In fact, I need some that are at least a one size smaller. OH YES I DID.

  2. Yay! Good for you! I am sure it is the roasted garlic triscuits b/c they are the food of the gods and just can't be bad for you. Now I'm having cravings . . ergh!

  4. Today I switched it up a little. I discovered that my netflix watch instantly had several workout dvds available. I tried the jillian michaels cardio kickbox. Good stuff. I had sweatmarks!

    Then I had a brownie and several rolls.
    I say dieting is the hard part.

  5. Is there anything better than sizing down? Oh, it feels so good (but doesn't taste as good as a cookie).

    off topic... i wanted to let you know that i've been following your schedule you posted back in Feb... Monday-laundry, Tuesday-bathrooms...can i just say life is so much easier! I LOVE IT! i can't begin to tell the change and organization that has happened....thank you for sharing it cuz it helped me out tons!

  10. GOOD FOR YOU!! I'm working on GAINING weight - and it's NOT easy by any means! My high metabolism OR "upset" thyroid has stopped that for as long as I can remember and honestly the only body battles I have now are with my chest and tummy from having twins at 37 1/2 weeks gestation and I'm a little smaller than pre-pregnancy .... so YOU GO GIRL!! If you can do it, I should be able to do it too, right?!

  11. Try the cracked pepper Triscuits with hummus and you'll suddenly find yourself thinking, 'hey, it's whole grains and legume proteins. Win Win.'
