  1. Oh my God, I think you have come up with a genius system which I am going to implement in my house. Having the user of nasty words do sit-ups will make me not only talk less like a truck driver but totally svelte.

  7. Nothing is more important than intellectual name calling. If you can't think of something creative, then it's just not worth the effort (nor the situps afterward, I'm sure.)

  8. My husband doles out pushups. It sounds awfully military, but it's a good way to work out their excess energy, and they're getting really good at them (and buff!).
