What is the deal with "PROCEDURES"
Seriously.
All surgeries are procedures but not all procedures are surgeries.
What is the qualifying factor for making a "procedure" an actual surgery?
And why do different doctors have different rules? It makes trying to explain my medical history damn near impossible.
Anyways, Surgery vs. Procedure.
